Shaoxing wine is usually served warm. Hezhu is also good chilled: well chilled, the palate turns lighter and cleaner.

Hezhu 12 Years New Huadiao is the core bottle of the Hezhu range: a single 500 mL bottle in dark brown glass, with the Hezhu name written in gold cursive script.

Like every product in the range, it is blended from base wine aged 12 years or longer. The color is bright and the taste is light and clean, which suits everyday dining as well as smaller banquets. It is produced by Shaoxing Hezhu Wine Co., Ltd. in Shaoxing, China.
